The unidentified fan of the pop superstar, who was upset by the leak , was arrested in Zaragoza, Spain Things just got real for a 31 year-old man who is suspected of leaking a demo version of Madonna’s new single. According to Reuters, a Spanish man, who was only identified by his initials J.M.R., has been arrested in Zaragoza, Spain, for leaking a demo version of Madonna’s new single “Gimme All Your Luvin”. The “Madonnaleaks” investigation began after lawyers working for Madonna traced the leak to Spain.
I understand why Madonna would be very upset over the leak of such an anticipated track, but I think she should focus on how the guy got the demo in the first place. It obviously came from someone working closely with Madonna and her team. That is where the investigation should go. Her Madgesty will release “Gimme All Your Luvin” the last week of January 2012.
