Kansas City Star, Adam Teicher: The Chiefs were equally as frustrated with Baldwin. He dropped numerous passes in training camp and a couple in preseason games. Coach Andy Reid sounded an ominous note for Baldwin on Saturday, saying, "I can tell you that when given the opportunity in this league, you’d better catch the football.’’
NFL.com, Gregg Rosenthal: It's amazing how far Jenkins fell in San Francisco since being drafted in 2012. There were open questions about whether or not Jenkins would even make the 53-man roster ... But seeing the Chiefs give up on Baldwin is even more surprising ... Unlike Jenkins, though, Baldwin at least produced something at the pro level.
