Notre Dame’s new uniforms are new, which bothers some people, and also very, very different, which raises some eyebrows. They’re created for the Shamrock Series against Arizona State, with the two teams meeting on Oct. 5 in Cowboys Stadium before playing at ASU in 2014.
The gloves, which you can see above, will be used to catch passes. The shoulder pads feature a little shamrock on the edges, which is a nice touch:
