Jon Gosselin fired gun to scare off photog |
First there was the nugget that he's now working as a waiter. Now comes word that he really, really doesn't like trespassing photographers.
Gosselin fired a warning shot to scare off a female paparazzo trespassing on his Pennsylvania property. And he's not sorry he did it.
"I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza," Gosselin, 36, tells TMZ. "It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."
The photographer says she's filing a police report. Gosselin tells the website he's not concerned, and is even considering his own possible legal recourse.
