Spies couldn't help notice how closely Ivana danced with much-younger model Marius Rusovici at two New York charity galas last week.
She's been calling him 'my boyfriend,'" one confidant said of the flashy Belgian model.
While The Donald's ex, who is 59, denies she's found a new man, pals tell the Daily News she and spouse Rossano Rubicondi have been leading separate lives.
Sources say this isn't the first time Rubicondi has been missing from Ivana's side since their lavish almost-didn't-happen April wedding in Palm Beach, Fla.
"Ivana has tried to put a good face on things," a friend said. "She's deeply embarrassed that the marriage is showing cracks so soon."
She may be parading this boy toy to make Rossano jealous," added the friend. "But I think Rossano is already halfway out the door. They have a prenup, but he may try to get more. Magazines would pay handsomely for him to spill what's been going on."
Ivana spokeswoman Catherine Saxon insisted the home-shopping queen was "just kidding" when she called Rusovici her boyfriend.
She does love to dance. She's very upset with claims that she was kissing [Rusovici]. She said, 'My God, he's younger than my youngest son! It's crazy!'"
Rusovici, who was due to fly home to Paris on Monday, was introduced to Ivana by longtime Ivana pal Massimo Gargia, who first fixed her up with Rubicondi.
Saxon insisted all is well with the marriage and that Rubicondi is on an island off Honduras shooting a 10-week "Survivor"-style reality show for Italian TV.
Friends insist the marriage is rocky and they say Ivana has been turning to The Donald for advice.
"Donald knows how to play hardball," the friend said. "Ivana found that out during their divorce. Donald has also been advising his brother, Robert, on his divorce from his wife, Blaine."
Another Ivana pal argued that busybodies are turning the marriage into a crisis.
"Every couple has good days and bad days," the pal said. "Ivana and Rossano don't have a nine-to-five, 'Honey, I'm home' life. They're often in different cities, and they enjoy it."
Still, they have had some bumpy spots.
"Last New Year's Eve, he stormed out of a party she was co-hosting in Aspen," a source said. "She told everyone that if he didn't come back by midnight, the wedding was off," another source said.
Then there was that domestic disturbance March 17, when Ivana called Palm Beach cops to get him out of her house. They reconciled for the wedding at The Donald's Mar-a-Lago club.
