Kim Kardashian is tweeting mad over reports she had plastic surgery to help her lose weight.
The reality starlet's post-pregnancy body has been a topic of discussion for months after she welcomed daughter North West in June, but rumors are swirling that Kardashian, 33, didn't achieve her 50 pound slim-down without a bit of cosmetic help.
"I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight!" Kardashian tweeted Wednesday, in response to a Life & Style magazine report.
The magazine reports Kardashian saw a notable Beverly Hills doctor for costly fillers and treatments to reduce fat on her stomach and stretch marks.
This is FALSE. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I work out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!!"
A magazine source claims Kardashian had been seeing a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon — getting "fillers, stretch-mark treatments, and a fat-reducing ultrasound procedure" on her stomach.
Kardashian gave birth to daughter North West in June, and said she lost the 70 pounds she gained during pregnancy the healthy way.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" starlet was reportedly shelling out $5,000 a session."I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!" Kardashian wrote in the Twitter rant. "Say what u want about me but I work hard & am the most disciplined person u will ever meet!"
Kardashian said she lost the weight with the help of the Atkins diet and hiking with her family and friends.
Kanye West's fiancée went on media rounds boasting to have lost her pregnancy pounds with the help of the Atkins diet, along with routine hiking and exercise.
A rep for the Atkins company corroborated Kardashian's story, speaking to the Daily News in October."After she delivered her baby on June 15, she wanted an effective and balance way to lose the baby weight," spokeswoman Jennifer Livingston said.
"She'd done Atkins before and knew it worked, so once she got the approval of her doctor, we connected her with our Vice President of Nutrition Colette Heimowitz, who counseled her directly."
Livingston said Kardashian has been eating "tons of lean, nutritious foods such as fish, lean cuts of beef, leafy greens, broccoli, spinach, nuts, avocados and olive oil."
The reality star also talked to Jay Leno last month about enlisting the help of her family members for her workouts.
"At the beginning I couldn't exercise a whole lot," she said in October, "But then I just started going on hikes with different family members, with my boyfriend, with anyone that would go on hikes with me … and it worked
