There's no wedding date announced just yet, but with the marriage license paper work out of the way, the ceremony could happen anytime. Invites have reportedly already been sent to the guest who will attend.
Baxter came out as a lesbian on "Today" in 2009, after being in a relationship with Locke since 2005. Previously, Baxter had been marred three times, to different men. She has three children with David Birney, who she divorced in 1989. She later said she was subjected to emotional and physical abuse during the relationship.
