Behati hails from Grootfontein, Namibia in Africa, where her dad is a minister and her mom runs a bed and breakfast. She was discovered at the age of 16 while on a family vacation in Cape Town, South Africa by Sarah Doukas, who also discovered Kate Moss.
2. She’s A Veteran
Though she’s only 24 and this is her breakout year, Behati has walked in the VS Fashion show seven times — each year since 2007.
3. She’s Multi-Talented
Behati isn’t just a lingerie model — the girl can act too! She’s starred in The Virgins‘ music video, “Rich Girls,” and in Dec. 2012, she guest starred in Hawaii Five-0 alongside fellow Angels, Jacquelyn Jablonski and Jasmine Tookes.

Behati is super close to model Coco Rocha.
