Cade Foster threats, Alabama kicker Cade Foster had a rough night both during the Tide’s loss to Auburn and on social media afterwards.
Foster missed three field goal attempts during the contest, which the Tide lost in heartbreaking fashion on a 100-yard missed field goal return after the team’s other kicker, Adam Griffith, left his try short. Foster was then attacked ruthlessly on Twitter by a number of Tide “supporters” – he even received a few death threats.
Alabama linebacker C.J. Mosley took to Twitter last night to stand up for his teammate. Check out his response to all of the haters.
Kudos to Mosley for having his teammate’s back. He’s also right – true fans don’t get on their players when they lose a game. Hopefully he’s knocked some sense into Foster’s detractors.
