So the man who has the pleasure of making sure the coconuts are safe is a man who goes by the name of Shaka. This engineer is extremely hands on and has to shimmy up the trees to check on the coconuts. Consider that these trees are between 20-60ft and you can see it’s a pretty hair raising job!
His main job is to pick ripe coconuts off the trees before they fall off and potentially injure or worse kill one of the high paying guests!
At the end of the day the coconuts are shared amongst guests and you’ll know it’a happening when you hear a conch blown!
