Octomom Nadya Suleman and Her 14 Kids Face Possible Eviction Before Christmas, If Nadya Suleman doesn't clean up her act—and her Orange County, Calif., home—she may be evicted. Speaking to The Mirror, octomom's new landlady, Lana El-Jor, says she wants the family of 15 to move out by Christmas. "I have had problems refinancing the building myself because of her," El-Jor, 53, explains.

"That's one of the things why we have to ask her to leave. The bank refused to support the loan. She is said to have left her houses abused and everything and it worried the bank."

In the state of California, a tenant's landlord must give him or her a 3-, 30-, 60- or 90-day eviction notice. It is unclear if El-Jor has already given Suleman an eviction notice or is merely planning to do so.

Broken windows are visible from the street, indicating that the five-bedroom, three-bathroom house might be in poor condition. (El-Jor purchased the property from landlord Tim Chapman last month.)

According to El-Jor, Suleman's children—Aidan, Amerah, Caleb, Calyssa, Elijah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Jonah, Joshua, Josiah, Maliah, McCai, Nariah and Noah—live in cramped quarters. She believes they would be better suited elsewhere.
"Fourteen kids need a bigger backyard for sure," El-Jor says. "I saw they had four bunk beds. I think those were for the little ones. And they had beds in all the other rooms."

This isn't the first time Suleman has been accused of providing poor living conditions for her family. In April 2012—the same month she filed for bankruptcy—a complaint was filed against the one-time porn star. A police officer and three representatives from Child Protective Services subsequently visited the family's home in La Habra, Calif., to investigate the claims made against Suleman. After 90 minutes, they determined the children were not in immediate danger and left.
