Melissa and Joe Gorga Sell Home for $3.8 Million, Reveal Plans to Build Dream Home, After putting their gorgeous Montville Township, N.Jersey home on sale for $3.8 million back in May, Melissa Gorga and hubby Joe have sold their property for the asking price, Us Weekly reports.
"We tried Montville, but it just wasn't for us," Joe told the magazine back May 2012. "We want to go back to Franklin Lakes, which is closer to where I work, and we're looking at a couple of properties now."
Pretty practical, huh? The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars leave behind a colonial style home that was built in 2009. The picture perfect property featured six spectacular bedrooms and seven bathrooms, which the couple shared with their three children, Antonia, Gino and Joey. Other selling perks included a three-car garage and four luxe fireplaces.
So, where to now?
The Gorgas are indeed returning to Franklin Lakes, where Joe—a builder—plans to create his family's dream home on land the couple recently purchased there."This is what I love to do. I can't wait to begin building another dream home for my family," he gushed.
We can't wait to see how the Gorgas top their impressive Montville Township home!
In the meantime, they're renting a property in the area and prepping their little one for their first day of school in the area.
