The name Hannah Davis is suddenly on everyone’s lips after the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model was spotted leaving a Manhattan Starbucks with Yanks shortstop Derek Jeter on Wednesday — sporting sparkle on her ring finger.
While the couple isn’t tying the knot just yet, the Virgin Islands-born beauty has bewitched the Bombers’ serial bachelor, and everyone who’s worked with her.

“There was a moment when she ran out into the water and jumped on a Jet Ski; just hopped up on there,” Shapiro recalls from the Ocean Drive shoot. “Tourists were all standing around saying, ‘Who is that?’ ”
